About Robert Rahn

The foundation for my passion for real estate was laid early on:
In 2005, I began my training as a real estate agent. In my second year of training, I sold my first apartment building—on Christinenstraße in Berlin-Mitte. This marked the beginning of many more successful transactions.

In the following years, I handled real estate transactions with a total volume of over €500 million. The largest single transaction to date was the sale of a building plot in a prime location in Berlin’s city center for €43.5 million.

In 2021, I founded WILHELM | WOHNWERT GmbH, which specializes in project development and the sale of high-quality condominiums.
This was followed in 2024 by the founding of GWB – Gesellschaft für Wohnraumbewirtschaftung mbH, which focuses on renting out its own and third-party residential properties in Berlin.

In my private life, I am passionate about traveling, discovering new places and cultures, and being active in sports—currently mainly tennis and padel.
